The Principality offers investors and entrepreneurs an exceptional infrastructure combined with attractive fiscal conditions.
The Principality of Monaco is located in South-Western Europe, on the French Riviera, between Nice and Menton. It has an area of just over 2 km² (0.8 sq mi) with an estimated population of almost 38,000. Its climate is mild Mediterranean but also semi-continental with hot summers and cold winters; it’s much warmer than expected for its northern location due to the sea which moderates temperatures throughout the year. This makes it a pleasant place to live all year round.
If you are looking for sunnier days then you should visit during summer months from June through August when temperatures can reach 30 °C (86 °F). If you prefer cooler days then autumn would be best time as temperatures remain around 20 °C (68 °F). Winter brings colder days with average highs around 10°C (50°F).
Monaco schools offer a perfect choice. They provide an excellent education, and they’re also conveniently located near to transport links which makes the school run more efficient. There are French-speaking schools as well as English-speaking schools so no matter what language you want to teach your children, they have it covered. And if you don’t speak French or English, that’s okay too! Lot’s of the teachers are bilingual and can help your child learn both languages at once.
